WHAT I LEARNT

 

I learnt how to satisfy customers in a retail environment.

 

From my experience on the shop floor, I understand the pressure of working in a fast-pace environment and the need for excellent customer service and teamworking skills. I learnt a lot about dealing with a variety of different customers, and what each archetype needs for a positive shopping experience. I would very much enjoy the experience of applying this knowledge in a different retail environment.
