RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Organising promotional event for Goldsmiths jewellers

• Attending meetings with clients in London (including at Conde Nast and Bauer Publications)

• Assisting in styling shoots for Closer and NOW magazines

• Signing in and out clothes for photoshoots (using industry software Sparkle)

• Sending requested clothes to companies for shoots

• Helping celebrity clients to choose ‘gifts’

• Ringing clients to retrieve borrowed clothes

 

WHAT I LEARNT

 

I learnt how to satisfy clients in the fashion business.

 

At Boudoir I experienced the pressure of dealing with celebrity clients, of having to make styling decisions for those clients, and the heavy administration involved in arranging clothes for a fashion shoot and returning them once the shoot was completed.  The ability to complete all set tasks and meet deadlines was critical.
